Dispatch: Products bought in Camac Harps online shop may be delivered to any country. Delivery times correspond to standard processing and postage times (France) or to Colissimo (rest of the world).
The average delivery time in mainland France is between 24 and 48 hours. The average delivery time within the European Union is 72 hours (not guaranteed). These delivery times are only to give you a rough idea, and if they are not met, they are not subject to any penalty for being late.
Orders received before 12 noon will be processed the same day. Orders received in the afternoon will be processed the following day.
Dispatch costs are automatically calculated and appear on the purchase order according to the destination country. These dispatch costs take account of handling, packaging and postage costs.
Products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicate during the ordering process. If a product is unavailable, you will be informed via email. You can either retain your order, or cancel it. In the case of cancellation, the cost of the products will be refunded.
Payments: orders are validated through online payment. This is done through one of the special, secure pages. We only accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), or by PayPal.
Tax: for products delivered outside France, possible taxes and customs charges can be imposed when your parcel arrives at its destination. These customs charges and possible taxes are at your cost and are your own responsibility. We are not obliged to check or tell you about the customs and tax charges that may apply to you. To find them out, we advise you to ask the relevant authorities in your country.
Returns - according to the (French) law of January 6th, 1988, you have seven clear days within which you can return your ordered product or products to us, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Delivery costs for the return are at your own expense. If you exercise your right to return, the vendor is obliged to reimburse (with the exception of delivery costs) the price of the returned products, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of receiving the goods. At all times, returned products that have been removed from their inner packaging (CDs or DVDs, for example), are incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. We undertake to reimburse or exchange any defective products, or those that do not match your order. In this case, please send us a detailed description of the problem in writing along with the product or products. We will then proceed, according to your choice, to exchange or reimburse the product or products. The request must be made within the fortnight immediately following delivery. Later requests cannot be accepted.
